Neon Rebels was born on the dancefloor.

Founded by Chris Brogan, DJ, music producer and long-time scene agitator, Neon Rebels is a queer-led label and events platform built for the community, by the community. It’s a home for artists who don’t quite fit the mould and wouldn’t want to anyway.

Chris has spent decades behind the decks, in studios, clubs, basements and booths, learning the culture from the inside out. From early DIY mixes and underground parties to professional DJing, production and working with labels, promoters and platforms, the journey has always been about sound, identity and belonging. Music wasn’t just something to play – it was a way to survive, to express queerness loudly, and to build chosen family in dark rooms lit by strobes and sweat.

The influences behind Neon Rebels are unapologetically eclectic. Queer club culture. Fashion that breaks rules. Pop excess. Underground grit. The joy of community spaces where misfits become icons and difference is the point, not the problem. It’s inspired by scenes that looked after their own, by artists who lifted others as they rose, and by the belief that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of your values.

Neon Rebels exists to nurture, not extract. We champion queer artists across the music spectrum, offering support, transparency and real partnership. Whether through releases, events or future-forward tools, the goal is always the same: give marginalised voices a platform, celebrate joy as resistance, and build something sustainable that feeds back into the community.

This is not about chasing trends or sanitising queerness for the mainstream.
It’s about glowing brighter together.
